Finding a babysitter who truly understands your child's specific needs is one of the hardest challenges for special needs families. NextDay Concierge maintains a network of South Florida caregivers with documented experience across a range of conditions — including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental and physical differences.
Palm Beach County is home to several exceptional special needs resources — the Achievement Centers for Children and Families in Delray Beach, the Hope Rural School, and the FAU Center for Autism and Related Disabilities. Our caregivers who work with special needs families are often familiar with these local programs.

How We Match Special Needs Families
Special needs matching takes more time and care than a standard booking. When you indicate your child has specific needs, our team personally reviews your booking before confirming a sitter. We do not just broadcast to the nearest available caregiver.
Communication and Transition Support
Many of our special needs families tell us the hardest part is the transition — when parents leave and a new caregiver takes over. Our sitters are experienced with transition protocols: visual schedules, social stories, advance notice of changes, and the specific comfort items your child relies on.
